What is the warranty on an INSTAX product when purchasing in the UK from an authorised retailer?
Fujifilm UK Ltd offer a 12 month warranty on all instax products provided you can produce a copy of proof of purchase. If you find that your product is faulty, please contact the retailer this was originally purchased from to organise a replacement. Please note the warranty does not cover accidental damage.
I’ve found a website selling your products at a very low price in comparison to your recommended retailers, is this an authentic retailer?
We cannot comment on specific retailer websites, but unfortunately, we have found many unauthorised and fraudulent sites that will take your card details and payment but don't deliver the product to you. Please be wary and vigilant of these sites. If in doubt purchase from our recommended retailer list.
