Behind the scenes at Copenhagen Fashion Week with the instax mini 41™

Dubbed the ‘fifth fashion week’ thanks to its growing global influence, Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW) is all about authenticity, creativity, sustainability, and cutting-edge Scandi style. So, what better piece of kit to capture it all on than our chicest instant camera to date: the instax mini 41™?

As an official CPHFW partner for 2025, we invited four fashion-savvy content creators to snap all the unseen moments with this compact instant icon. From cool candids to playful OOTDs, we’ll be sharing standout shots straight from the runway (and beyond), plus showing you how to recreate your own CPHFW-worthy stills with the mini 41™.

The lowdown on CPHFW

This year’s CPHFW SS26 took place between the 4th and the 8th August 2025 at a range of venues across Copenhagen, including (wait for it...) a fully operational swimming pool reimagined as a runway. A stroke of genius, OpéraSport. Seriously.

Showcasing the best of Spring/Summer style for 2026, the event saw a mix of emerging Nordic talent and already established brands bringing their A-game at every opportunity.

While there, we not only got the chance to capture all the trends in real time, but we also set up our very own dedicated instax™ space within the Official CPHFW Creative Hub. Making ourselves right at home, we revamped our space with bold 70s-inspired décor, mini 41™ instant cameras, stacks of classic instant mini film, and free ice cream lollies to keep our visitors cool. We even had a WIDE Evo™ camera set up to grab wide-angle shots of our guests hanging out and taking it all in.

Who was there brushing shoulders with the style elites? 

Capturing every stylish snippet on the mini 41™ were fashion-forward storytellers @klaudiacloud and @abimarvel. Never ones to shy away from authentic self-expression and bold visual narratives, these two are all about vibrancy, playfulness, and most importantly, realness. We couldn’t think of anyone better to translate runway energy into real life.

The transport: the CPHFW x instax bus

This year’s official photography bus was made over in full instax™ style, with a zingy orange and white colourway, oversized event lettering wrapping round the back and sides, and our instax™ logo in all its glory — you literally couldn’t miss us. Transporting CPHFW’s official photographers to and from each show, every stop felt like a mini instax™ moment.
