Welcome to the it takes 0002: the instax mini 13™ instant camera popup event website. By registering for and attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
• Event Organiser: The event is organised FUJIFILM UK Limited (referred to as “Event Organiser” or “Fujifilm” in these Terms & Conditions)
• Event Date and Location: it takes 0002: the instax mini 13™ instant camera popup event will take place on the 26th June 2026, at the following venue, The Truman Brewery, Number 1, Ely's Yard, 15 Hanbury St, London E1 6QR, known as the “Event”.
• Eligibility: This Event is open to individuals 16 years and older, anyone under 16 you must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
By attending the Event you accept full responsibility to all costs and expenses related to your attendance.
2. Ticketing
2.1 Purchasing a Ticket
To attend the Event, you must register via the official event registration platform at https://buytickets.at/instaxmini13popup/ and purchase a ticket for the specific time that you wish to attend the Event.
Entry to the Event is on the condition of providing a valid ticket. Fujifilm is not responsible or liable to you if a ticket is lost, misplaced, damaged, or cannot be retrieved for the Event.
You will be able to pre-order an instax mini 13™ instant camera (“Camera”) as part of the process of purchasing your ticket. Fujifilm will be selling the Camera, at the Event; however, Fujifilm makes no guarantee that you will be able to purchase a Camera at the Event due to limited stock.
You can purchase multiple tickets for the Event, but you are limited to pre-ordering only one Camera per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets bought. For clarity, ticket holders who are unable to pre-order a Camera within this scenario will still have the opportunity to purchase one at the Event, subject to availability.
When you purchase a Camera, whether by pre-order or at the Event, you will receive a discount on the Camera’s full purchase price. This discounted price is only available once per ticket holder; for example, if you purchase a Camera via pre-order, you cannot purchase another Camera at the Event at the discounted price.
2.2 Ticket Prices and Refunds
Ticket prices and categories are outlined on the Event website and are subject to change. All ticket sales are final once processed. You’re not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about attending the Event or realise you can’t go anymore.
2.3 Your Tickets
Tickets are to be purchased via https://buytickets.at/instaxmini13popup/ and will be delivered to you via email upon purchase. You will need your ticket to gain access to the Event.
2.4 Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Reselling tickets for a price above the original price or transferring tickets to others may result in the cancellation of the ticket.
2.5 Unofficial/Counterfeit Tickets
Tickets from unofficial sponsors or partners (that is, entities that have no formal commercial relationship with the Event Organiser) will be void. Fake or counterfeit tickets will be void.
3. Event Conduct
3.1 Code of Conduct
You must behave respectfully, professionally, and lawfully at all times. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, or any unsafe and illegal activity will not be tolerated. You must abide by all instructions given to you by Fujifilm or any security personnel at the Event; this includes, but is not limited to, security checks.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove anyone from the Event without a refund if they (i) engage in inappropriate, anti-social or threatening conduct or violate any laws; (ii) are carrying any prohibited items; (iii) are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (or appear to be); or (iv) are using an invalid or counterfeit ticket.
3.2 Personal Belongings
There are no cloakroom facilities at the Event, so you are responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings. The Event Organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
3.3 Damage to Property
You could be responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone you are responsible for (e.g. children) to any of the venue and/or fittings during Event and could be charged for any repairs, labour or replacement, as deemed necessary by the management of the relevant venue.
3.4 Prohibited Items
You are not permitted to bring any of the following items into any of the Event:
Weapons - Guns, knives, or any other weapons, even if for props, unless specifically permitted by the Event Organisers and local laws. Anything with sharp edges, flammable materials, or items that may endanger others
Illegal Substances - Drugs or any illegal substances
Drones
Disruptive Noise Makers - loudspeakers, buzzers, or music equipment that may interfere with the Event's ambiance or instructions
Animals - pets or animals are typically prohibited unless they are officially part of a shoot and pre-approved or are necessary service animals
Food and Drink - cannot be brought into the Event.
Unauthorised Commercial Equipment - equipment used for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as large production gear, extensive lighting setups, or large backdrops
Offensive or Inappropriate Materials - any props, signage, or clothing featuring offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate messages or imagery
Unauthorised Sales Materials - flyers, business cards, or sales merchandise unless Event Organisers explicitly permit marketing activities
4 Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
4.1 Event cancellation
If the Event is cancelled by the Event Organiser due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, force majeure Events, or other uncontrollable factors), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled Event, as determined by the Event Organiser.
4.2 Event rescheduling
If the Event is rescheduled, you will be offered the option to attend on the new date, or a full refund can be provided.
4.3 Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund due to cancellation or rescheduling of the Event, the Event organiser will refund you as soon as possible and in any within 14 days of you informing the Event Organiser that you wish to receive a refund. The event organiser will refund you by the method you used for payment. The Event Organiser will not charge a fee for the refund.
Any issues concerning the Camera purchased as a pre-order or at the Event will be actioned at the House of Photography, which is located at 8, 9 Long Acre, London WC2E 9LH.
• You will be entitled to an exchange or refund if the Camera is faulty within 28 days of collection if you pre-ordered the Camera, or 28 days from the purchase of the Camera at the Event.
• The Camera is fully refundable within 14 days if the Camera is unused and unopened.
All refunds and returns of the Camera are subject to you providing proof of purchase.
5 Participation
• Equipment: Attendees are encouraged to bring their own instax camera’s and printer. Fujifilm is not responsible for any personal equipment damage or loss during the event.
• Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. The Event Organiser reserves the right to remove individuals who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
6 Photography, Media, and Marketing Assets
• Event Photography: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes.
• Marketing Assets: You agree that Fujifilm and/or its third-party partners may use your image, voice, or likeness as captured in any photographs or video recordings taken during the Event for their marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to on websites, social media, and in any other advertising and marketing materials, including press releases, without compensation to you.
• Personal Photography: You are encouraged to take photos during the Event. However, the use of those images for commercial purposes without the express permission of Fujifilm is prohibited.
7 Liability
• Personal Liability: You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the event. The event organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during participation save that this shall not exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by the event organiser’s negligence or that of their staff.
• Event Changes: The Event schedule, location, and speakers are subject to change. The Event Organiser will make every effort to inform you of any changes but cannot guarantee that all changes will be communicated in advance.
8 Privacy Policy
• Data Collection: Fujifilm may collect personal information during the registration process, such as your name, email address, and contact details. This information will be used solely for event-related purposes, including communication and logistics. We are using third party service providers to assist us with the event and your personal data may need to be provided to them for event-related purposes. All such third parties are subject to strict contractual obligations to comply with our instructions and applicable data protection laws as our processor.
• Data Protection: All personal data will be handled in accordance with all relevant data protection laws including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulations. For more information on how your

9 Intellectual Property
• All content and materials presented at Event, remain the intellectual property of Fujifilm. You are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any Event materials without the express permission of Fujifilm.
10 Governing Law and General
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Nobody else has any rights under any contract created pursuant to these Terms & Conditions. Any contract is between you and the Event Organiser. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
• If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
• Even if the Event Organiser delays in enforcing any contract created pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, they can still enforce it later. The Event Organiser might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
