Battling in Breaking

"I pray before I go on stage. I ask that I can represent myself to the best that I possibly can. It's never about winning."

Battles can happen anywhere - from heated call outs to friendly exchanges. Even seasoned breakers get nervous when it's time to go on stage. There are a lot of risks in breaking. There are a lot of high level moves that you can't mess up. However, the breakers agree that there's no better feeling than making it all the way to the final and winning. We spoke to Ayumi of Japan and Kid Karam of the UK, two previous competition winners.
